Swings prep for 10k in 10 days

Two weeks at work before summer holiday. At the gym gonna add couple of session of 500 swings as preparation for the 10k challenge which I will start on 13th of august. Or 14th if hangover from weekend :)

10 swings
2*40 kg military press
15 swings
3*40 kg military press
25 swings
5*40 kg military press

Did mp's in the between just to ease up it a bit, been adding resistance in that for a while now so wise to go easier sometimes :)
