Midsummer training, what more can u ask for?
Getting used to new movements, groin bothers a bit so have to change movements. Perhaps stepups instead of lunges. One hand push press with dumbell not gonna happen, left shoulder does not approve, insert some other one hand pressing movement, perhaps alternate dumbell bench press.

4 speed complex @40 kg
