Took one day off and felt pretty tired today. First decided to take two days off, but then I remembered how short my summer holiday is so better take full advantage of the situation :)
1 power snatch 3*40, 3*50, 2*60, 5*2*70
2 DT @50kg 5*(12*DL + 9*Clean + 6*Push Press) every set on the minute except last round without dropping the barbell. Did also one extra round with 70kg
3 Kettlebell swing 50*32kg
