Basic routine, walk with my boy for an hour and head to the gym. The walk works wonders as a recovery method and warmup to swings.

This is a mental challenge for sure. After training I feel like a machine, before training I feel like a broken machine. Still, it is weird to be "in the zone", , every cell in my body is screaming THIS IS SPARTA!!! and I know I will complete this challenge. What a good feeling to have :)
