Plan was to do 400 but did a few more cause it felt easy. Which is quite funny since I am acheing all over my body now :) after first set of fifty I was warmed up and thereafter it was eazypeaz.
Sets:
50-50-40-40-30-30-20-30-11 (mum called) 30-50-50-50-30-30-30-30-30-30-30-39-33
Should be total 763, even though I aimed for 733 which would have made total 3,333 reps. Well now it is 3,363 reps. This time I used system where I just did a set and did not count progress until I started to feel tired. This really works, much easier for the mind and u accumulate suprisingly many reps without realising it.
