Today was once again a perfect day for some 10x10 action. Originally I was supposed to do this practice on Monday or Tuesday but I felt a serious lack of energy on those two occasions and decided to postpone. This is one the key elements of my training that I am focusing at the moment so I want feel like superman when I perform this exercise.
Squat 10x10x62,5kg
Straight legged DL 5x10x62,5kg
Bench 32x50kg
That was in the program in the morning and in the evening there was a mile of swimming, recovery style.
